Hegaflux Ferrokill

In developing this new generation of fluxes no concessions have been made regarding the quality, or pourability, or any other of the properties you so appreciate in our Tegoflux products.

Hegaflux Ferrokill brings the following advantages:

1. It is easy to use - without the need for additional chemicals.
2. It is no longer necessary to use ammonia (NH3) or hydrogen peroxide (H2O2).
3. Iron is precipitated from the flux continuously.

Hegaflux Ferrokill

1. It is no longer necessary to exchange the flux; interruptions to production associated with this step are thus a thing of the past.
2. The flux bath parameters, e.g. pH value, flux density, ZnCl2 : NH4Cl ratio, are monitored and regulated throughout.
3. The volumes of zinc ash and dross have been reduced.
4. The flux mixer and its connected filter system (Fluxomat) can be installed outside the pretreatment system. This facilitates access to the system and provides extra protection against corrosion.

Hegaflux Ferrokill

1. Interruptions to production caused by the need to add flux are a thing of the past because doses are metered during the liquid phase.
2. If the 'Fluxomat' is used the flux is filtered continually and any harmful iron(3) hydroxide is removed. This improves the drying characteristics of the flux.
3. It is ideally suitable for nickel-zinc and aluminum-zinc alloys.

Brite Plus™ alloys

BritePlus™ alloy brings the following advantages:

1. It creates bright surfaces covered with spangle structures.
2. It can be added safely and simply and is environmentally friendly.
3. The switchover to Brite Plus™ alloy can be completed within one hour.
4. It reduces or even eliminates the need for aluminum-zinc alloys.
5. It minimizes the formation of wet storage stain or white rust.

Brite Plus™ alloys

1. It reduces the formation of dross.
2. It enhances the viscosity of the zinc by approximately 10 percent, thus improving run-off and reducing the need to clean the finished goods.

Nickel Powder DAP™

Ni-Zn direct alloy procedure (DAP™) brings the following advantages:

1. The switchover costs are low.
2. Switchover is possible over a weekend.
3. It uses simple, safe, and proven technology.
4. Switchover to Ni is quick and easy without interrupting production.
5. Zinc savings of 5 to 10 kg per tonne production are possible.

Nickel Powder DAP™

1. It creates a smoother, more even zinc coating.
2. It creates a glossy zinc coating.
3. It produces better bonding strength between zinc layers.
4. It creates zinc layers that are more malleable and more easily workable.
5. The nickel content can be easily and reliably regulated.
